North Valley, Los Ranchos & Balloon Fiesta Park
What Notable Locals Love To Do In North Valley, Los Ranchos, & Balloon Park
Trifecta Coffee Company
"The North Valley has got an eclectic group of people that live here. We've got hop farms and vineyards. The North Valley is also kind of built around the Rio Grande. The acequias are cool, which is how the city controls the water flow. There's still a lot of farmland, although it's turning into more housing and stuff. North Valley is just a unique part of the city that has a really special feel."
My Sweet Basil
"Albuquerque has little towns within the city. Los Ranchos has trees, farms, and the river. It's not big overgrowth, but you can still feel the nature."
"Albuquerque's North Valley is really neat. It feels sort of rural, but it's right in the city. There are huge trees everywhere, lots of cottonwood and elm trees that extend down to the Rio Grande River. There are all these little irrigation canals back there for walking your dog."

La Cumbre Brewing
"The North Valley is the epitome of Albuquerque and of New Mexico. There's that history, and there are still people up in the North Valley that are farming for a living. It has this really interesting vibe of being both really close to the city, but also being pretty rural."
